Our reception is open from 7am to 11pm daily.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is by 11am.
LATE CHECK-OUT
Mrs Banks Boutique Hotel is a small, busy hotel and is not usually able to offer a late check-out.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is required at check-in, by Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, American Express. As the Hotel is almost cashless, if your preference for payment is by cash, please proffer the exact amount as the Hotel does not carry change. (A credit card must still be offered as security for your stay).
BREAKFAST
There is always a supply of fresh fruit, tea and coffee to start the day with! The Hotel no longer offers a complimentary continental breakfast.

Outside the Hotel in Oxford Street you have Country Road, Sass & Bide, Sarah & Sebastian,Viktoria & Woods, Dion Lee, Incu, Lee Matthews, White Suede, Scanlan & Theodore, Paris Mode, Parlour X, Bondi Wash, Tradition Textiles, Love Duck and Just William Chocolates just to name a few and of course the Paddington Markets every Saturday. There is also an interesting mix of retail furniture and jewellery shopping. A walk away is Queen Street, Woollahra which has some unique shopping, and a bus ride away is Bondi Junction with a large, upmarket shopping centre with over 400 retailers! Walking in the opposite direction is the CBD which has shopping most of the way or you may catch a bus into the heart of the city.
PREPAYMENT
Unless it was a condition of your reservation, you do not need to prepay. However the Hotel may take a deposit up to one day's tariff, from the card you booked with. This is a routine procedure to verify that it is valid and has not been lost or stolen.
SMOKING
The Hotel is entirely non-smoking. If you light up or vape inside the Hotel we must charge a $AUD500 smoking fee to your card ($AUD1000 if it is a suite).
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO CHECK-IN?
You must be 18 or older to book a room.
Please note that for security purposes you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in and a credit card to match.
